My path in technology began at the component level\u2014quite literally. In the early days of my career, I worked hands-on repairing circuit boards and conducting rigorous quality assurance for industry giants like\u00a0<\/span>Motorola<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>JDS Uniphase<\/strong>. This foundational experience gave me a unique perspective: understanding the physical hardware that powers our digital world. It taught me precision, patience, and the importance of reliability from the ground up.<\/p>\n

This hardware-centric beginning naturally evolved into a deep fascination with software ecosystems, databases, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Over the last decade, I served as a key player at\u00a0<\/span>Innovapost (now Deloitte Inc.)<\/strong>, where I dedicated 12 years to mastering the intricacies of large-scale retail operations. During this tenure, I wore many hats\u2014ranging from Senior Retail Service Desk Agent to Service Desk Supervisor, and eventually to Application Analyst and Tester.<\/p>\n

My time at Innovapost was more than just a job; it was a masterclass in adaptability and leadership. I didn\u2019t just support systems; I optimized them. I played a pivotal role in training teams, analyzing complex datasets to drive decision-making, and ensuring the stability of critical applications that kept Canada Post\u2019s retail network running smoothly. I learned that technology is only as good as the people who use it, which is why I prioritize clear communication and user-centric design.<\/p>\n

Today, as a Web Solutions Architect, I bring this holistic view to every client engagement. Whether I am architecting a custom WordPress solution, optimizing a database for performance, or troubleshooting a critical server issue, I apply the same level of diligence and analytical thinking.
